The support representative not only clearly explained what caused the issue, but took immediate action and resolved it straight away! What really stood out was their awareness and proactive approach in keeping the app up to date with modern standards (full support for WEBP image files) It shows that they are not just fixing problems, but continuously improving and evolving the app in line with current technology. Everything now works perfectly. Excellent service, quick solution, and forward thinking product development. Highly recommended!

One of the best customer service teams I've ever dealt with. They're incredibly fast to respond and always go the extra mile. There’s no AI-like clank or cold scripted replies...every interaction feels genuinely human! :) I can only say positive things about their apps, and when something isn’t working right, they actually take the time to find a solution. Highly recommend!

Very hard to leave once you've registered... I'm unable to delete my account. The only option left is GDPR request... Seems to be made intentionally difficult!
