Worst app experience EVER. I have been charged for 3 months without ever using the app. I have sent messages, made requests, looked up how to turn it off. No response. NONE. I can't even send a message to customer service bc I haven't signed in for 2 months.
Search & Discovery helped with what I was looking for and knew others probably were too! I had hope finally that my store would succeed !!!
Being a newbie is easier with Sprocket. They listen and have more than 1 plan and care about what helps ME most. Thank you for helping me become a success!!
