Great App, mistakenly made the change to another reviews app when I opened my store, despite previous great experience with Judge.me. Ended upcoming back to them a few months later.
Doesn't appear any auto review emails are being sent, I've had to manually send them which isn't ideal. difficult to contact support just sent to question bank edit - reply to question - Are you able to help me set this up? Getting in touch with CS seems impossible.

Unfortunately, we are unable to find any communication between you and our support team, which makes it difficult for us to assist. We have looked into your account and cannot see any automated integration set up which would explain why you would need to send invitations manually using our Quick invite.
