Great app for adjusting prices for sales like Black Friday. We've used it multiple years and works great. Setting up the other features like the countdown timer and shipping bar was a bit problematic on our theme, since they still don't use the theme 2.0 blocks but after talking to customer support we were able to sort out any issues and adjustments to how it looks.
Great app and great support! I previously used Appikon Back-in-Stock app but after it randomly stopped working for 3 months and they support was extremely unhelpful and blamed us, we decided to look elsewhere and Stoq is so much better - the customization was a breeze to match our theme and the fact that it's integrated admin app makes it so much easier to use it daily.
Update 2: Customer support is now completely ignoring the messages and unwilling to look into what caused our issues. This has made me look for another app. It is pretty good while it works but when it doesn't, good luck. Update 1: App randomly stopped working for one month (not showing the sign up for restock button). We were not notified, hadn't made any changes to theme for months. We contacted support, and while the issue was resolved shortly, they are unwilling to investigate what caused this issue nor they are willing to give us 1 free month for which the app did not work as a compensation. Overall communication with support has been very subpar and disappointing. ORIGINAL: One of the first apps I recommend to anyone with new Shopify store as it always pays for itself. The integration was perfect for our theme and it just works, looks great and offers also Facebook restock notifications which is awesome. The interface could a bit more simpler ar places but since it's an app that just does it's job in the background, it works amazingly.
We chose inFlow over other similar systems due to what appeared to be a superior Shopify integration and for our use case the product and order importing has worked decently however we recently realized that it's not pulling the location data correctly from our orders. This results in mismatched inventory quantities on inFlow side as inFlow fulfills orders using stock from completely random locations / sublocations. After we reported this as a high priority issue, they informed us that since it's a 3rd party developed connector they can't do much about it and this will not be treated as a bug and therefore doesn't have any timeline for a fix. For our use case, it's completely broken and they don't even consider this a "bug" for a paying customer at 350$ a month. This is a feature they advertise, yet it's not functioning correctly in our case (location syncing and matching).
