They do an excellent job. I highly recommend them to anyone doing business in the United States.

We've had an outstanding experience with CJ Dropshipping, especially thanks to our incredible agent, April. Her support has been nothing short of exceptional — always fast, clear, and solution-oriented. Any time we have a question or need assistance, April is there, often replying within minutes and making sure everything runs smoothly. The platform itself is intuitive and integrates perfectly with Shopify, but what really sets CJ apart is the human support behind it. With April by our side, we feel confident managing orders, solving issues, and scaling our business without delays. The fulfillment process is reliable, the product range is extensive, and the communication is always proactive. Huge thanks to April and the CJ team — you’ve made our dropshipping operations not only easier but much more successful.
