The app is brilliant, but the customer service is 1st class. I've never experienced such quick, efficient service from any other app provider. I would definitely recommend these guys.

I have only just started using the Helpdesk so we've still a few things to setup, but so far it's been a perfect experience. The customer service is exceptional, really attentive and quick. You can tell that the app still needs some tweaking so we can customise certain things, but as an out of the box help centre, it's brilliant.
