watch out, when they crop there image. There is no real return back. When they returned it back. Several images are damaged and not usable anymore and they leave you without real support. For large shops definitely not a good one.
App does not really support multi-language. Very poor implementation with limitations. For a claim it is not suitable. Also you have to pay extra for photo upload of customer and video is not even support. Support is poor. You try to solve issues, but only standard answers follow which do not solve the problems. App is quite basic. It is not made as a plattform, because every manual interaction has to be handled through another tool or shopify. Onboarding support poor.

Lausiger Support. Schreibt erst nach einer Woche zurück und gibt Shopify die Schuld, obwohl es am App liegt. Schreibt danach nicht mehr zurück. Bietet keine Lösung.
