InstaIndex is an excellent fit for TickerWorks, our Shopify vintage-watch store. Each watch is an individual piece, so our catalogue changes regularly as new stock arrives and watches sell. Automatically notifying supported search engines about those changes is a particularly valuable feature for our business. What appeals to me is the combination of practical indexing automation and tools for structured data and AI visibility. It addresses an increasingly important part of running an online store and gives a small business access to capabilities that would otherwise take more time and technical knowledge to manage. A special thank you to Raj for his help and support. The people behind an app make a real difference, and that personal attention deserves recognition. Highly recommended.
Such a great app, really helped with my SEO. Service was excellent too from the team as they helped me fix my Schema issues that i was not aware off.

Excellent support and a very impressive implementation. During testing, we noticed that localized product handles were initially not being submitted correctly through IndexNow. The support team investigated the issue seriously, checked the technical implementation, released translation support very quickly, and verified the logs from their side until everything worked correctly.

Lovely tool easy to use and a great way to quickly boost your store’s visibility on Bing. The support is excellent as well. We discovered a URL issue that wasn’t related to the InstaIndex tool, but Raj went the extra mile to investigate and point us in the right direction to resolve it. Thank you, Raj!

I used to have this app a while ago and recently reinstalled and found so many more new options and features. These Technical Support guys are super knowledgeable and responsive. They fixed some issues related to schema markup that no one else could help me with . They are constantly implementing new features and options including for indexing, basic SEO and AI SEO and many more. If I could give them 10 stars I would!!!!!

I had to uninstall this app as it slows down the website big time. But I noticed a drop off in sales and visitors. I’ll leave the app for a month to see if removing the app caused the loss or if it was something else. I will post the update in a month

We're really sorry to hear this, Tina. Just to clarify, the app is built to stay lightweight. IndexNow does not add anything to your theme, the 404 tracking script only loads on actual 404 pages, and the schema output is optimized with site speed in mind. In other words, the app itself should not slow down your store. It completely makes sense to keep monitoring things for a while. We installed this app, hoping it would help with indexing; however, it not only doubles Shopify's indexing but also slows the store's speed. We tried contacting customer support, but they responded only after a few hours. The support chat widget is not working. You can only send a message there; there is no way to receive a chat response. We have decided to uninstall the app and request compensation for the paid subscription.

We’re really sorry this felt frustrating. We replied to your support request in under two hours by email and also offered a video call to help, but unfortunately haven’t heard back yet. The duplicate submissions you saw are very likely caused by another IndexNow app running alongside ours, and using a single, officially supported IndexNow solution prevents this. The core IndexNow feature does not add any code to store pages. Only optional features like Schema or Instant Navigation add very lightweight code, and these load only if enabled. We’d still be happy to review your setup, help resolve what you were seeing, and discuss compensation as requested.

Update RAJ was very helpful in redeveloping the application. He provided information about things we lacked knowledge on. The application is now running smoothly. We are currently testing the application, and it will take 3-4 months to see effective results. I will provide another update after 3-4 months. I really thank RAJ very much. ---- I installed this app with great enthusiasm to integrate with the Bing search engine and make our products easier to find. However, I installed the app on May 24th, submitted 2,500 links, and haven't received a single bit of traffic yet. It's unbelievable, right? Not even one. This app is truly useless, folks. It's just a waste of space on your website.

We apologize for the delay in our response, as Shopify reviews can take a few days to be published, and we were not aware of your feedback until it was live. We understand your enthusiasm for getting your products ranked on Bing and driving traffic. To help with this, our app is designed to notify search engines about changes on your store, reducing the time it takes for them to become aware of new URLs or updates such as content improvements for SEO or price adjustments. However, it's important to note that InstaIndex does not directly influence the indexing or ranking of your store pages. Our function is to notify search engines promptly, and it is at the sole discretion of the search engines to crawl, index, and rank your pages. We reviewed your submission logs and noticed that you submitted 2,500 URLs in a single manual submission about 20 days ago. If these URLs were submitted without any changes, such as bulk pricing adjustments or content updates, this would violate IndexNow guidelines and be considered misuse of the protocol. As an official Bing partner, we do not support this and provide multiple warnings in our app before you reach the manual submission page. The IndexNow protocol is a combined effort of multiple search engines to help site owners notify them about changes on their site, reducing the need for regular sitemap crawls and making the indexing process more efficient. Once a URL is submitted, it is up to the search engines to decide whether to crawl, index, and rank that page. IndexNow simply reduces the time between changes on your site and when search engines become aware of them. This is my second app from klipp.tech. I like apps from this developer for their clutter-free, minimalist approach. I installed this app some time ago and forgot about it until I opened it and checked my submission logs today. The app has been submitting all of my updates and new products in the background. It works like a charm.

I have a Shopify store. My Google ranking has always been outstanding, 1st page, but Bing and others have faltered miserably. My listing on Bing showed on the third and fourth pages. I installed the Instaindex app and checked my ranking a few days later. My store ranked #1 for stores selling my product! The customer service has been great. They have gone the distance in service and support. Great company to work with!

This is an essential app for all Shopify stores. It allows new and amended product descriptions to be indexed by Bing and related search engines within hours. We have been waiting for an app like this for a long time, and klipp.tech has taken the lead in producing it. Support has been excellent. Raj and his team have proactively ensured this app works effectively. Initially, we had an issue with Manually submitted pages, but Raj fixed it within hours! klipp.tech is now working on automatic submission for Collection and other page types. This will likely be live when you read this. Let's hope Google wake up and smell the coffee. They need to support IndexNOW. Bing has been a great source of B2B leads as many corporate customers use Bing as their default search engine. The search traffic from Bing is lower than that of Google, but the quality for us is much higher. The app is well priced and should be a no-brainer for all Shopify stores.
