The Cross Sell & Upsell team went above and beyond to help us solve an issue we were having with our cross-sells. Ultimately it was discovered that the problem was on our end, but we truly appreciate all of their efforts for heavily researching and going out of their way to help us resolve the problem!

I reached out to the app developer with questions and they were extremely helpful and informative about the product and how it works. They also provided new updates to further protect our store from bots along with step-by-step instructions. I've been very impressed with their product since installing, and their customer service is top-of-the-line.
