Sara was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the support process. She took the time to understand the issue, asked for the necessary details, and made sure the case was forwarded to the technical team for further investigation. I really appreciated her patience, kindness, and clear communication. Thank you, Sara, for the excellent support!
