Ian was extremely helpful and took the time to investigate an issue with my loyalty points setup properly. He clearly explained what had happened with a customer's points and then helped me improve the redemption settings so customers can use their points more easily in future. Excellent app with a lot of depth and great customer support. i was supported in one exchange by Alva and they quickly solved issues i had. there's constant updates to this app to improve it and the app team has a wish list type section you can add things you wish the app had. fees for the expanded versions are very cheap whilst the free version allows you to do a lot. i highly recommend this app for VIP programs, membership programs, discounts on products, referral programs, wishlists and campaigns
We are building a custom B2B Portal in Shopify for our webshop and wanted to integrate a loyalty program into it. Thanks to the API of YOYO Loyalty, we have the flexibility to build it entirely in our own way. We had some specific requirements, and the owner, Alva, has been incredibly helpful in making this happen. The customer support via chat is also handled quickly by other team members. Great app & service!

I found out about this app through an email and was intrigued by the amount of features provided at the Free Level and the 1st paid level (and how affordable it was). The interface has been intuitive and easy to use and every time I had a question, I waited under 5 minutes to receive help from an actual human. Prior to installing the app, Ben answered my multitude of questions - I already had a different points system installed, so I knew the features I wanted and didn't want in a new app, so I wanted to verify a few things. After moving forward and installing the app, Ian helped me out twice - with setup questions and with initial importing questions. When the import file was accepted, but none of the points where imported, I received excellent assistance from Russell who took a look at my file, contacted the Tech Team for a solution and also answered additional questions that I "threw" at him along the way (Thanks again, Russell!). Even though it was afternoon my time, it was 3am Support time! Bless them all for dealing with my questions and issues so early in their morning! Each time, the support person was friendly, helpful, and patient!
I am just starting to use YOYO loyalty VIp feature and after extensive research and trials, this app seems to accomplish my VIP loyalty rewards I have custom set up for my store. Russell was very prompt and knowledgeable and explained a feature I could use to accomplish my goal for my unique VIP tier system. I also love their internal set up that customer can see like the golden card with the VIP tiers customizable. They also offer to look into developing my unique request in the future. Great CS agents, and app.

I ran into some issues when setting up the app for my online store. I contacted the support team. Aysan attended to me, she understood the issue and was quick to help. She was easy to speak to and response was quick. Alva also offered to jump onto a call to troubleshoot and solved the issue for me. Great app and excellent customer support service :)

we've been using YOYO now for a couple weeks and i have to say they are very cooperative and quick in solving our customization wishes. I am very happy with their competent support, especially Sophie is very kind. i can certainly recommend the APP if you want to implement a Loyalty Program. They are quick in support and you can customize everything.
I scheduled a help call and the team was excellent at answering all my questions. They guided me through where to find things on my Shopify store and made it very easy to learn how to set up what I was looking to do for my rewards program for my shop.

Nice app. Good features. All in all it's a nice app and it feels easy to navigate. It let you setup your loyalty rewards quick and it's simple to manage your settings. The team is always so responsive with any issues or updates I have! Moist Recently Sally and Lara helped work out a few kinks in my loyalty page! So far so good! A few set up issues but the team (Lara, ben, and aida) have been AMAZING with supporting. Can't wait to get mine launched!
Great app, exactly what I required and not forced to upgrade to a $200 pm level or required to upgrade to Shopify Plus like the majority of other apps. I had an issue and reached out to YOYO support and Daisy helped to solve the issue very quickly and in an efficient and professional manner. Thank you Daisy! Great app and amazing support! I've been using YOYO Loyalty Program & Rewards and I'm really happy with it. The referral system is straightforward and easy to navigate. Really good experience with YOYO so far. Ben, Lily and Aida were very helpful in setting up my Shopify rewards program. I had quite a few questions during the process and they were always responsive and clear in their replies, which made things much easier on my end. They also helped coordinate with their tech team whenever needed, so any issues or clarifications were handled quite smoothly. My website is about to launch, so I’m glad the setup process has been smooth and reassuring. Hopefully the app features perform just as well once we go live. So far, a very positive experience.

I absolutely love yo-yo loyalty it has helped my business tremendously. I personally love the fact that it is affordable as they offer free services as to where competitors on here try to charge you for everything. You don't have to worry about that with yo-yo. I'm definitely a long time customer
So far very good. Excellent support - available straight away and saw it through to completion. Only drawback is the wishlist only selects product not variant - so price stored may not reflect the variant the customer wants if they are using this to budget plan. I chatted with both Aide and Sally and they were both amazing.
