Excellent app if you're looking to add product videos. I was using shopify's own YT embed and was getting 'video unavailable' in a lot of devices. This app fixed it. Devs are also very helpful and respond quickly to support emails. Would highly recommend.

Never use this app they charge automatically extra money from ur account I'm used to that app and they charge me the extra amount I already uninstalled but they charge me. I also request Shopify for ask refund with them asap

Perfect for embedding Youtube videos to the product page! Simple app to work with. Just click "Add media from URL" in the product image section. Embed the video URL. And the video(s) shows up along with the product image thumbnails.

EXACTLY what I was looking for. Its very annoying having a theme that doesn't support video in your product images, but this fixes it in a very few simple steps. Thank you!

This app worked perfectly for what we wanted as a brand. The embedded videos look clean, they are responsive and they reproduce automatically. It's the most easy app to use and they have the best client service. We wanted to make some size adjustment for the videos to be exactly the same size of our photos on desktop and mobile and they answered immediately and very professionally and modify the code for us.

The Dev team really went above and beyond over multiple weeks to help configure the app to fit my store perfectly.

This app works really well. We have been using it for a long time now without any issues. Developers are very friendly, they helped with playing videos on loop and also with displaying different video sizes. We are working on adding new videos all the time as products with embedded videos generally preform better. I would encourage every store owner to give this app a go.

Adds videos to your product images quite easily. Great customer support! We had a few formatting issues at the beginning, but their dev team solved them quickly. Fast forward almost a year, we had a weird occurrence of product description text going behind the product images due to something in the app's coding. Again, their customer support and dev team was on top of it, solved the issue quickly, and without hesitation.

Had trouble when installing the app, but the awesome customer service immediately accessed my account and fixed the issue. Great app, highly recommended.

We love that we can offer a video as one of our product thumbnails and this app makes it really easy! It mysteriously stopped working for a bit but their customer service was on it when I let them know and fixed it right away.

video starts approx 7 to 10 second delay.customer not wait for video so no use if video run after 10 seconds. support is good but product not worth . How to remove junk of your app which is showing in meta ?

I really like this app. It gives me the ability to offer product information in video form without hogging screen real estate. And to confirm what was written in other reviews, the support staff was amazing. A great wee app that quickly and easily adds in YouTube or Vimeo videos to your product galleries. OK, it's easy enough to add these into a product description, but it's so much nicer to have videos where they should be; with the images. I had a bit of a problem in that I could only realistically use the 'pop-up' feature. This was great on desktop or mobile (always nice when mobile image features work correctly!). However...when I set the videos to be viewed 'as a gallery' - they slipped off my mobile screen. desktop was still fine. So, after just getting along for a while, being mostly happy, I thought I'd ask if they could perhaps sort the problem. Apparently my theme was probably causing the problem (even though it's just the free theme, 'Venture'). However, they worked at it...took a little while but now it's perfectly responsive. On mobile, portrait, landscape or desktop mode (again both orientations) and on desktop, resizing the window -it just gets on with the job, situated in the same space as the normal images. there is one caveat (I believe) - in that on mobile portrait and when the desktop is resized down, the video area becomes square, rather than 16:9. For 'normal' videos, this would of course be a problem - but as these are product videos and the product is located in the centre of the screen - all is fine. So - all in all, very happy and well recommended :-)

An easy solution to get videos to display and play in place or in addition to static images. Great customer service too as they placed an almost immediate fix to make sure it worked on mobile as well.

I had an issue with getting my Vimeo videos to work at first, so I contacted support. They were extremely helpful and timing in their response, and applied a fix right away. I also wanted a feature for my videos that was not provided by the app and support was able to customize a solution for me. Now it looks great!

If your looking for a app that converts your images into video for example a video website selling video as products this is a MUST HAVE! Without this app EasyVideo I couldn't have started my business. Aside from the app the customer service is BY FAR THE BEST I'VE EXPERIENCED OUT OF ALL THE APPS I HAVE. This is a great APP for including Vimeo or YouTube videos on your website. We sell mini movies or church videos and motion backgrounds on our website and needed a simple way to include multiple motion backgrounds on one page, this app worked perfectly. The support was amazing, they gave us help setting up the APP as well as support when we needed to tweak the theme code.
