I am still a new user and learning the app, but I had an issue and the customer support was top notch and very quick! update August 2025. I had an issue, and Charles helped me very quickly.

This app does exactly what I need. And the customer service is amazing. They helped with some of the set-up that I could not figure out. They also helped with some custom items.
