App is fine but support level is below poor. I submitted questions twice by using the support option on my Shopify admin and never received a reply. I wonder why?

Ben is wonderful. He goes way above and beyond with support. Judge.me app has the most helpful and friendly team I have ever seen among all Shopify apps.

I came a cross couple of tech issues back to back, and Ronnie was able to help me tremendously. As of today, all problems have been resolved. What a big relief!

I was referred to this great app by a Shopify rep and feel grateful. Not only the app but also the customer service is amazing. Questions are answered in detail. Responses are always fast. Highly recommend it. 5 Stars for sure.
