SuperSMS.AI ‑ AI SMS Marketing

I tried sending a text alert twice today and neither alert was sent. I contacted the company via chat and email and have not gotten a response. This app has worked well for me in the past. I am unsure of what's happening as customer support hasn't been any help. I really wish I could get some help with this matter!

Excellent app for SMS marketing, very helpful customer support as well! Had an issue with customer facing popups and was able to resolve it without having to tweak our coding

UPDATE: After +24 hours of unexpected downtime, the app is fully functional again. Still no contact or explanation. Removed a star for the lack of customer service support. Otherwise, we have had years of good service with no complaints. - - - - - After several years of good service, the service began acting up occasionally these last few months. The last couple weeks, the shopify integration has stopped working (although one could visit the website and use the service) and contact with the Devs was attempted, with no response. Today, the app is 100% down without notice. No contact from the devs. We are disappoint.

Works good so far. We do not do SMS campaigns yet, but we use it for one-one communication with specific customers, and it's been working so far

App is fine but support level is below poor. I submitted questions twice by using the support option on my Shopify admin and never received a reply. I wonder why?

It's so great to have an sms interface attached to my Shopify store! It takes marketing to the next level as a lot of times I get more sales via text than email messaging! It's super intuitive and easy to use! Big up to the developer(s) who make entrepreneurs like me a little less stressed and a lot more blessed!

I shouldn’t have to pay for app to use on shopify as website we pay all that money was supposed to have good free apps to use to make our money we pay back i don’t sell like that and still paying why are we paying every time we get an order why are we paying for a domain that we like why is shopify domain have to have myShopify on it why are they no one to answer our phone calls now it’s ridiculous how they stealing our money when we don’t even get it back by the time the next bill comes Hi, I wanted to clarify that our app is not built by Shopify and we do not charge a monthly subscription, nor do we charge you for your domain! Updated on August 28 The customer service (Laura) responds quickly and can solve the problem that the SMS cannot be sent in time. However, after a period of time, there will still be problems that cannot be received, and the stability still needs to be improved. ──────────────────────────────────── First of all, you only use this app to send a text message to a customer, and then the customer makes a purchase, and the app will record it as its credit! Again, after I sent a lot of text messages, I found that these text messages had no effect, so I tried to send to my own number, but I didn't receive any messages at all! ! ! But this app has deducted my fee! ──────────────────────── Update The developer contacted me and said they gave me a new number. After testing, I can receive text messages. But to be honest, I'm not sure how long this new number will last, I'm not confident about it. Hi, We only record a customer's purchase as credit if they have made the purchase after clicking on the link set in the text message. We do not take any commission from this and this is purely for your own calculations in deciding whether text message is an effective channel for you. Regarding the deliverability - we provided you a refund for any messages that were not delivered and set you up with a new verified toll-free number that will not have any deliverability issues or disruptions. I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I have complained about the prices already with this app, and I am back to say after paying $270 for ONE SMS BLAST; they froze my account. They took my money first, didn't send the message but held the message as a draft until the review is complete. What review needs to be done if I have been paying you for each message for about a year now. Once my account is done being "REVIEWED" I'm done. The app is too expensive anyway and I have found better apps. The reports are inaccurate as well. RUN FROM THIS APP NOW!! Hi, I'm extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused. Didn't realise a Shopify update caused them to have to update their app. Reinstalled it and app is working perfectly as before. Good app for our needs .. texting customers about orders. This app is a good app when it works. I have built a log of about 1,000 contacts but I cannot send a single message out due to the app not working.

Barely works. Most of the time, I can’t even access my dashboard due to their software malfunctioning. Thqrvis very inconvenient for us business owners. Zero stars

Works good when it works. Sent out a campaign and none of my subscribers received it but I was charged. Ive sent multiple emails, and haven not received any response. We have only a small list of subscribers, which we are trying to build. We send out updates to our hours of operation, as we are open during inclement weather to sell our products. this is a scam app the sms messages to not send they claim they converted sales that are non existant . they promise refunds and never refund everything about this nigerian style scam is a lie. Overall fine, a little tedious to get started with the SMS and text message marketing. Worked fine, directions we're easy to follow.

Update: Support has been responsive, unfortunately no sms has been delivered. For that reason, would still suggest the app offer a lower amount than $20 in order for customers to make sure the app is suitable. -------- 20/10/2022 Understandably, couldn't test app without paying as SMS do cost. Paid the minimum one-off amount to see ($20) and no sms has been delivered. Ideally, it should be much less for the purpose of allowing customers to test the app suits their needs. The app may work for others, unfortunately not in this case.

This app texts customers even when automations are turned off. It has been a recurring problem and nothing has been fixed. The only solution is to uninstall it. There are way better text marketing apps available with cheaper prices per text, don't jeopardize your customer relationships by using this. Edit to add: I am very pleased with the response I got after posting my review, which is why I am changing my review from 1 star to 3 stars. They said they fixed the issues but because of all that's happened, However, I recommend giving them a try. I have had multiple issues and not pleased at all with how much money I spent on campaigns that didn't work. I've had campaigns only send to a select number of subscribers when it should have gone to all, I've had one not send at all, and one that sent 30 minutes earlier than scheduled. In addition to that, on 5 separate occasions, I had texts come through from people who were mid-conversation with another business and the number would randomly switch over to the one this app provided. The people who sent the messages were confused because to them it looked like they were still texting the original business. Lastly, I had a customer say that the texts were coming through from different numbers. I am upset at the money spent and hours wasted on this. Super useful app. Installed it last week and I've already closed a few sales from abandoned carts. i tried SMSBump on my old store, but found it a bit confusing. this app was simple to setup ... got it working in 10 minutes

So far I am loving how easy this sms app is to use. I recommend any business to use this as for customers check test messages quicker than emails.

This app has saved my fanny countless times. I often need to contact a customer after they have placed their order. I was going CRAZY trying to get people to respond to emails or phone calls. Email goes to spam. Everybody's voicemail box is full. But they DO answer texts! I can't tell you how many orders I have saved from oblivion because I was able to text a customer right away about their order. Tech support is REALLY responsive to problems and suggestions. Totally worth 2 cents a text. It'll save you hundreds of dollars. Oh yeah - and integration with Ping is awesome too!

I love being able to create templates for my text messages. Makes it super easy for my staff to go into POS and just select the customer and the template to send a text message to.

I really enjoy this app, because for my bakery I don't need to send that many texts to customers. I just need to send texts to customers to update them on the status of their cakes. This app is perfect for that and for asking customers to leave reviews for me or to check my Instagram for updates!
