Perfectly Pawesome

This is great for us, we use it primarily for flat rate satchels and boxes. We will eventually use it for labels on our own packaging, but some of our products vary in weight (naturally occurring) so the postage weight isn't always accurate (product weight might normally be 100g, but this batch is larger at 120g, for example). What would be great is an optional override to enter the correct weight if you needed to increase it - this would be an absolute game changer for our business!

I've been using the free plan for a year now, but wanted some extra functionality so upgraded to Awesome. The tech support from the team was amazing - easy to set up new widgets and customise look and feel to complement brand. Highly recommended.

The functionality to email a customer when back in stock is not yet functional. Kind of defeats the purpose of using for pre-order and back in stock...

This gift app is a game changer. When I had a slight integration issue with OCU, the team sorted it out within 24 hours. I have already seen an increase in AOV. It is simple and fun - I am using it for automatically popping a free gift into the customers cart when certain $ threshold is met. Very customisable and the support is exceptional.
