Shopify Flow is an excellent automation tool, but it is missing native support for transactional emails. We can send marketing emails only to subscribed customers, but we cannot send service emails (such as shipping delay notifications) directly to customers from a workflow. Adding a native "Send transactional email" action with access to order variables would be a huge improvement.
The app support is really helpful and professional. Every detail I needed for my business discounts based on quantity were provided successfully. A special thank you to Mike who helped me setup thing in the right way.
