The discount stopped showing because the free plan’s usage limit was exceeded, which paused the feature. Regarding the notifications: our usage alerts didn’t reach you because the email on your account was unsubscribed from our messages. We should have ensured critical service emails (like quota warnings) are delivered even if marketing emails are unsubscribed, and we’re improving this now so important notices aren’t missed.
