I'm currently using the free app, it is quite simple to use and works well. I did require some assistance, but the chat team (Steven) was quick to help.
Had a great call with Harun from Shop Circle. Apparently this application is starting new initiatives focused on customer support. I look forward to seeing this application grow with my business.
