I reached out about an issue where both variants of a product were showing as preorder, even though one was in stock. Eva quickly understood the problem, checked everything thoroughly, and escalated it to their developer. She also kept me updated via email and made sure the issue was fixed promptly. The support was professional, helpful, and efficient really great experience overall!
Great app and support is also amazing. Anne responded really quickly and helped sort our issue out very quickly. Highly recommend
