The app is not perfect. There are some issues that should be developed. But the support team do their best to help their customers.
I have had some problems in using the app but whenever I contacted the support team they did a great job (Special thanks to Maxim!) and fixed the problem.

It's a great app with which you can handle a lot of your batch tasks. The help videos are so good that you have nothing to ask customer service. If you ask, you will get a quick response morning and evening.

Thank you thousand times - from our whole team! 👍🖖 About the Support availability - we try to be available around the clock, but there is a slight "gap" from around 00:00 UTC till 07:00 UTC, which is usually the quietest time - so our Support folks catch sleep at that time. Excellent customer support and a very well crafted app. It has been thought through to the Conversion API follow up. I recommend it to everyone.
