Silverado Jewelry

I have had a great experience using this app so far. It is easy to use and their customer service is outstanding. I had trouble uploading my previous reviews but Rhenant and Rilu went above and beyond to assist me in making everything work. It is a powerful review app with value well worth its price. Nicole just helped us again when we needed assistance with a new series of updates to our shop. She was great to work with.

The stellar customer service alone makes this Shopify's best Order Printer Template app. We have been so thrilled with the quality of our packing slip design! The team at FORSBERG+two has done its best to implement virtually every tweak or change we have needed in a timely and thorough fashion. The user interface is simple, the behind the scenes code installation is streamlined, and we are thrilled we found this app and use it every day for manufacturing and orders. If you are searching for your next template for order printing needs- look no further! This is the one for you.

We just switched over to Infinite Options from a similar, more expensive, options app and couldn't be happier with our decision. We have a lot of product customizations for our jewelry business, but this app handles just about all of them. While it is certainly a bit quirky at times, there is usually a way to workaround the problems that come up. Our experience with the customer service staff alone has been reason enough for us to stay with this app. Whether we have an issue with code, or need advice on how to properly run an option set, their team is there to answer us in a timely fashion and will great detail. We hope the app continues to grow and add functionalities (such as the ability to add files as an option) but in the meantime, we are very pleased with the product, and extremely excited to continue working with this professional and proactive company.
