This app fit my needs perfectly. I own a family retail store where we offer gift wrap on specific items only. I had a few questions setting up my app to work with my online store, and was put in touch with Adam who was incredibly helpful. Adam listened to my questions and offered solutions. He even went a step further to look at my store and offer suggestions for making my gift wrap options stand out a bit more. His formatting suggestions made sense because I had no idea what I wanted and when I implemented his ideas, our site looked sleek and professional. This level of service was above and beyond. I've been using this app for a year now and it has been flawless! I had an issue that turned out to be unrelated to the app, but they were really nice to help me figure it out and my problem was solved. I recently downloaded the free version of the app and setup was seamless! It worked immediately and I was very pleased with my results. Specifically, the app helped provide my customers with a quicker way to add items to their shopping cart. With some products I have multiple variants and I was losing sales due to the cumbersome ordering process. Now my customers can add to their cart quickly. Most of my sales come from phone users and the phone display is gorgeous! SO EASY! I emailed the developer with some questions about upgrading and I'm already excited about what the the new upgrade will allow me to do. They responded very quickly and I was very grateful for the help. They were professional and friendly throughout. I cannot recommend this app enough. Thank you, MultiVariants! Very pleased with this app. We installed it quickly to begin curbside pickup during Covid and it's been really smooth. I had one interaction with the developers and they were super responsive, polite and quick to answer my questions. I would recommend this app for it's ease of use and professional tech support. UPDATE JAN 2021: Constantin has been incredibly responsive to our questions and responds super quickly. We had a few questions early on and he was incredibly helpful and professional. This app works seamlessly and the professionalism of the developer is outstanding. This app is worth every penny and has saved our business by allowing safe curbside pick up.
