We've been using this app for about 5 years now. It's always reliable, we never have any problems and if an issue does pop up (usually our fault) the support is really quick to help us out. Fully recommended if you want to run free item offers with your campaigns.

Kari was super helpful explaining how the app works and breaking down reports and numbers. We use this information now to our advantage Customer service was quick and helpful
Christos, was brilliant! First he helped to check if we were compliant and then helped to set up everything properly. Some back-end customisation was required which he also did. Top level service!

We moved from ReCharge to Loop for the extra customizability and control over the plans we offer to our customers and their journey. So far we're seeing higher quality leads and improvements to our churn rate.
