I am always so impressed with Vajro's customer service! It's not very often I have questions for them because truly the app is EXTREMELY user friendly and customizable - but any time I've interacted with them, they've quickly helped us! I LOVE the customizations they offer and it's so nice to be able to go live within your app for your customers! Our customers love how user friendly it is to shop on the app too! It's definitely helped grow our business!
Their customer service is outstanding. They are humans running a company, just like we boutique owners are, so if there is a mistake they will fix it. They have integrity and their response time is unmatched!
