Should have found this app sooner. All that lost revenue over the years. This app is fantastic. Highly recommend.
This damn APP screwed up ALL MY HTML CODES ON EVERY DESCRIPTION ON EVERY PRODUCT. THERE"S NO WAY TO ROLL BACK THE CHANGES NOW AND I"M STUCK WITH HOURS OF WORK MANUALLY FIXING THE BULK CHANGES! SCREW THIS DAMN APP

Update: there are now automated backups, and the app has a new rich text editor that doesn't change the html codes at all. All the problems raised in this review are fixed now.
This App paid itself 10 time over in just the first day of installation, just running post purchase widget. It's more efficient than zipify OCU app because of the rule based approach. Wished i found this app 3 years earlier. Excited to dive into the other widgets.

Very good and works well, way better than the very overpriced yotpo app. Best photo video request features.
Used the app to tell exactly what campaigns were working over the long run. Data doesn't lie and this is now our new source of truth instead of vanity metrics like clicks and revenue. The LTV data is gold and if an absolute must for anyone serious in the long game of ecommerce.
