Nikhilesh and the Swatch King team are extremely helpful in assisting with everything I needed, from learning how to use the platform initially to developing specific features I required that weren’t available natively. A great example of excellent customer service!
Great platform for converting customers in the final stage of purchase; Own Kind also has excellent, highly responsive support for any questions along the way! It really builds the necessary connection with the customer, helping create a unique experience that conveys our brand's message and care, elevating our communication.
CedCommerce has been really attentive and supportive. The support team is helpful and quick. the interface is intuitive and easy to use.
