Hi there, This is Maria - Customer Support Manager at EComposer. I am so sorry to hear about your issue while uninstalling the app. Actually, it is a must to add codes to your theme since the Page Builder app works directly with your theme. We always advise users to use the "reset" button on the app setting before uninstalling it. Then, all the app's code will be removed. Since we can't do anything from Shopify admin > Apps to notice about safe uninstallation (app cannot interfere), so all we're doing is sending a couple of emails to guide you, but I guess you didn't notice it. We're happy to assist you in removing entire codes with just a click. So kindly check out email and let us help. Again, sorry for all the inconvenience & hope for your kind understanding. Best regards, Maria
I had lots of SEO issues with my website, recently found out about Webrex and installed free one, and I must say, it's been a game-changing app. Not only does it provide comprehensive tools to optimize my website's search engine visibility, but the support team behind it, particularly Arpan, has truly exceeded my expectations. Arpan went above and beyond to walk me through every feature of the app, patiently addressing all my queries and ensuring I understood how to make the most out of it. His thoroughness and honesty were truly commendable. Through out discussion, he did not force and tried to convince me to buy, infect he asked me to continue using free one and get familiarize but I am so convinced and could not wait to buy and try all the features so bought yearly plan on 40% discount which is a great deal. The app is user-friendly interface makes it easy to implement SEO strategies, even for someone like me who's relatively new to the game. I've already started seeing improvements in my website's ranking, thanks to the insights provided by this app. I only wish I had discovered this app sooner! Trust Arpan's support, with his support you can't go wrong. Highly recommended!
