A great tool for creating product bundles and showcasing them to customers. The setup guides are user-friendly, the menu is easy to navigate, and the support team is very helpful. Highly recommended.
The app works well for straight B2C invoicing, but currently not for intra-EU B2B invoicing with 0% VAT. Otherwhise the support team has grown in size and is very helpful.
We are very pleased with Syncee. It greatly facilitates our work, as we can efficiently manage our products inventory and exports. We find it particularly useful that weight updates also work smoothly through the application. If you are a manufacturer/supplier Syncee also offers a great way to build your business via new retailers. The support team is fast and helpful. Overall, we are very satisfied and recommend this app to others.

I wanted to change the local language wording of the review collection page as it was automatically translated from English in a very awkward way, that would put off a potential local reviewer. I was informed by Support that this is not possible and the best they could offer was that they create a ticket and forward it to the product team as a feedback so they can consider this in future updates. It is difficult to understand why such a simple translation issue cannot be fixed right away. UPDATE: The judeg.me team was very helpful in finding a solution, and they managed to fix the entire translation process within a few days. It’s now working perfectly. Hats off to them in terms of customer focus.
