As a long time user, Many features are clearly experimental with varying degrees of performance or function.

Had a snafu getting started with the app, but staff responded quickly and fully and corrected the issue and got me up and running well. No issues since, and love the app functionally for the store.

Well implemented app, and well supported. No issues, easy to learn and use.

As a user of many Shopify apps I am so far quite pleased with both the performance and oeatures of the BOGOS app, but also the fact that their support staff respinded to my set up issues in minutes and helped me get everything set up how I wanted even on a Sunday! It was quite impressive, so far I would highly recommend the app both for its features as well as its support.

Have been using the platform with guidance for about 2 weeks, so far I have promising results with an established retail website. Raphael is helping monitor the account and make adjustments to help established improve the baseline results.

Using the app for a fairly well trafficked and known brand to add additional items and so far functions well. Need to work on some of the processes and returns, but support is quick and helpful to solve and take feedback.
