I am not a computer person at all. My nephew installed SMRT for me and I was sure I would break something. Two months in, nothing has broken. The little grid where you move products around, I understand that. The setup screen at the start had too many words on it though.

Set this up mostly to stop the overselling problem we had at our second location. The location based rules are the part I actually care about. We hold stock in two warehouses and only one of them feeds the online channel, and Hide out of Stock correctly ignores the other. Tagging rules are flexible enough that I've stopped maintaining my own scripts for it.

I like how straightforward it is to find products, import them into the store, and keep inventory and product information updated. The automation saves a lot of time and reduces the need for manual updates. Overall, a very convenient solution for keeping a dropshipping store organized and running smoothly.

Bit of context, we carry about 900 skus so i assumed the import would choke. It didnt, variants and sizes all came through in the right order and i only fixed maybe six of them. Sorting by colection meant i could split the mens and womens books without building two seperate things from scratch. Also handing a rep a link beats emailing a 40mb attachment. Big files load slow in the editor though.

Really impressed with how much of the dropshipping workflow can be handled in one place. Finding products, checking useful product information, and importing items into the store is straightforward and saves a lot of manual work. The AI features are also helpful when deciding what products to test and how to present them.
