The app is very intuitive, offers great options for product selection and display, and supports multiple languages, which was a key requirement for me. The support team is friendly and helpful, responding quickly to questions about using the app's features. I highly recommend it.

This app has a cool feature: you can set up a delivery promotion using the terms and conditions. You can connect it with a progressive bar from another app, and they complement each other nicely.

The app fulfills its purpose well, as it effectively encourages customers to reach a specific spending threshold in order to receive a free gift. A key factor is setting the threshold at a reasonable level from the start - lower thresholds tend to work better, and in practice the final cart value still ends up being higher. For this reason, I strongly recommend experimenting with different price thresholds. The app itself offers a wide range of features and flexibility, and overall I highly recommend it. A very useful and aesthetically pleasing way to showcase promotions - the banner looks modern and works perfectly.

A very useful app- in my opinion, a must-have. When a strategic item runs out of stock and we're waiting for delivery, it allows us to notify customers when it's back in stock. A small suggestion for developers, it would be great if the menu bar displayed a new order number or notification. Currently, you have to check this in the settings, and with so many apps used by most stores, manually checking each one is simply impossible (unless there are email notifications I missed).

Great app for showcasing videos with tagged products. The video slider with product tags is a brilliant idea, it looks engaging and can truly support sales. The app is intuitive. I encountered a small issue, but it was quickly resolved by Jade. The team is surprisingly friendly and flexible, for them, nothing is impossible, which is especially valuable for stores just starting out. Thank you!

After starting with 800 tokens, only 200 are left after 20 days.
It seems tokens are being consumed simply by the Assistant activating itself - even though no conversation took place. Something appears to be wrong with how tokens are counted. There were only two real customer conversations, with three questions and responses in total. Leaving just the branding visible - the AI badge - and turning off the “Callout” should be a solution, preventing token usage for automatic Assistant pop-ups (Widget settings - then Branding Settings - turning off “Callout”). The Assistant itself is a great feature, the AI responds well made by HeiChat, but these token consumption inconsistencies are discouraging and make continued use questionable. ---------- Edit: After further communication with the HeiChat team, they clarified the token mechanism and provided a solution. I decided to switch to another chatbot that also performs very well for my store. Additionally, one small suggestion from me: it would be helpful to include a very short guide for users on how to ask questions effectively (and which types of questions to avoid) - this could improve both token efficiency and overall user experience. I’ve just installed it, but compared to another app I tried, this one is great. Everything works directly within the Shopify environment. Uploading the audio file to Shopify’s file section was easy (I had previously reduced the file size using an external platform). Fast and intuitive customization. Nothing else needed. I came up with a welcome sound for my homepage – currently in testing phase. Thanks for such a great tool!
