They are really amazing and very professional! They do everything I need and honestly, so much more. They take care of pretty much everything for me. I highly recommend their apps!
Great app and excellent support! I’ve been using FeedNexa to manage my Google Merchant Center product feeds, and so far it has made the whole process much easier and more manageable. The app gives me a clear overview of my products and feed status, making it much easier to spot errors, disapproved products, and other issues that need attention. I really like having the product data and feed settings organized in one place. Instead of constantly switching between Shopify and Merchant Center, I can review my product information, check what is being submitted, and make the necessary adjustments directly through the app. The flexibility for managing different markets and product requirements is also very useful. A special thanks to Tracy for the quick and helpful support. Tracy took the time to investigate my issue, explain the cause clearly, and stayed involved until everything was resolved. Highly recommended for Shopify stores managing Google feeds!

I've been searching for a good app to manage our Google Feeds and finally found Omega. It was easy to setup and very straight forward. There was one feature missing where it would pull our compare-at pricing from Shopify Markets catalogs. The team added this feature within 24 hours for me! Very good support and great app, I highly recommend!

App is quite buggy, the multi feed api function for multiple countries doesn't really work, they had to use the XML feed instead. The dev team need to introduce an input in the app to allow user to update the feed label otherwise it can't be updated properly on the GMC. The number of products for each country can't be synced properly Also, if you are a clothing store, you can't map the size unless you are on their Scale plan which means you will get a warning of limited product visibility on the GMC if you are on the lower plan.

Amazing support team – fixed issues even Google couldn’t! I’ve worked with a lot of feed apps, but FeedNexa has been the most reliable by far. Their support team (special shoutout to Vincent, Tracy, and Ben) is always quick to respond and actually takes ownership of the problem. I had a long-standing issue with extra “default titles” showing up in my Google Merchant Center that no one could figure out – not even Google. FeedNexa jumped in, investigated, and the problem is gone. They also helped me sort out confusion caused by the Google & YouTube app pushing a conflicting feed, and made sure my new Merchant Center account synced properly without breaking anything. The app itself runs smoothly, but it’s the support that makes it stand out. They’re patient, proactive, and genuinely care about getting results. Good support and have helped with a few questions and initial bugs. The interface is easy to use and not over complicated like other feed apps I have tried. It is currently missing a key feature around sale pricing but im informed this will be ready soon.

I've tried a lot of different apps, but this one is the easiest to use. Since moving to a multilingual store, the number of products has increased so much that I've been having trouble with lots of errors, but this app seems like it will solve that problem. I've only just started using it, so there are still parts I don't understand, but I'd like to become adept at using it. The support was also responsive, which was very helpful

My google & youtube is not working and the google team can't fix the sync problem. I tried with this app and works well.

So far so good. You need to get customer support to increase your product quota once you've synced your products but Ben sorted that out via the Live Chat in less than a minute so very happy so far.

This app is super convenient. I know it's still being developed but it's easy to use and covers most all of what need to optimize a shopping feed very simply. The only thing I can think of is it would be good to have product highlight fields added to the options. Currently I have to do that in merch center but I'm pulling from API not xml so not sure how that side works. Anyway devs are very responsive and helpful.

Recently installed this to handle the shippingLabel/shipping_label issue with Google Merchant Center, since Shopify can't seem to figure out how to send that information over in an effective way. The app is very straightforward to use and seems to work very well. Initially it has a limit of 100 products, so I reached out to Vincent in support and he raised the limit to what I needed it to be! Overall, an excellent experience!

Needed a way to filter the feed that syncs to GMC and this app did that and more. When you add in the quality support, much better to use this app than the free Google and Youtube app available on the app store. Thanks to this team for making it possible to get my GMC products approved.

Used Omega for a month while searching for alternatives to the main Google Channel app. On the positive side, it is fairly straightforward and does pretty much what it says it will do—which, for the free tier, it quite a bit. If you have a small inventory without many variants, this app is a decent budget solution. It doesn't sync incorrect tax and shipping settings like the official Google Channel app, which was a huge plus. However, the functionality is hit or miss. For example, Omega was set to sync products to Google Merchant Center every week, but our products nearly expired a month later because it did not sync after the initial setup. I had to manually press the sync button. Variants kept being disapproved as well, due to how the product identifier was handled compared to other apps. Ended up switching to a different app that better met our needs.

Such a great app which can help me with all my pain point with Google shopping. I've tested several different feed apps to help improve our feed in Merchant Centre and stop items being disapproved, Google Shopping Feed by Omega is definitely the best. The app is professionally developed, the app interface is clear, easy to use and has many useful options. Their team also helped me with the issue related to the error in my Google merchant center and give me a solution to fix it. I highly recommend this app to any Shopify store on Google Shopping.

Feels like Joyce and her team is providing best support, they're almost 7'24 online for help. Also app is way better than Shopify's core Google channel, i think.

An alle die eine gute App für Google Shopping suchen . Diese hier ist schnell einfach und im Vergleich zu allen anderen sehr günstig , vor allem wenn man viele Artikel hat wie wir. Der Support hilft schnell und ist super freundlich. Wir haben mehrere Aps getestet und keine war so gut wie diese hier. Warum? 3 Klicks und alles ist erledigt. 5 Star App & Service. I've tested several different feed apps to help improve our feed in Merchant Centre and stop items being disapproved, Google Shopping Feed by Omega is definitely the best. The support team are fantastic. Super friendly and helped me setup our feed within the first few minutes of installing the app! The app interface is clear, easy to use and being able to push our product feed via the Content API is a real bonus as any changes made are quickly updated and synced with Merchant Centre. In the same afternoon as me installing the app, our Merchant Centre errors were fixed! I highly recommend this app to any Shopify store on Google Shopping.

We recently installed the Omega app to sync a selected collection to our Google Merchant Center. Google is pernickety about certain fields, and the OMEGA team LITERALLY walked me through sleuthing each issue out day-by-day, communication-by-communication to get my feed in its purest form for syncing. Above all, their tech support and customer service is superb... 10/10! They are super patient and committed to resolving any issues.

I used this app to help create a feed for Google Merchant Centre, and also to use as a product inventory feed for OnBuy.com. Its very user friendly and the layout is easy to understand. Support is very efficient too.
