I wanted a blended shipping rate across all products, but couldn't see a way to achieve it. I contacted support who were very helpful and found a solution that was simple to implement. I am also able to use this without having to upgrade my account to include advanced features.

The software development team is very professional and solves problems thoroughly.

This app is working great and the customer service was very good thanks to Wiktoria who managed to create the shipping discount exactly as we wanted it to be.

very helpful and quick to resolve the issues we were having. App works great

This app has a cool feature: you can set up a delivery promotion using the terms and conditions. You can connect it with a progressive bar from another app, and they complement each other nicely.

The Octolize Shipping Discount app did exactly what we needed to handle our shipping discount needs. With our subscription level in Shopify we could not do the shipping disounts we needed using customer tags and this handled it perfectly. I would highly recommend Octolize!!

Great and intuitive app!

great discount shipping apps and the support is exceptional

Great app, simple but effective

この金額でほとんどの値引きオプションに対応しています。 日本語対応はされていませんが直感的に使用できるため大きくは困らないと思います。 また、サポートも丁寧に対応してくれるため満足しています。

The application works very well. The support is very good and they are ready to satisfy all requests made. I recommend it!

If Shopify makes you charge double the shipping because you work with multiple locations and you do not want that! This app is the solution! Explanation below. After doing lots of research and learning that lots of people actually have this problem, I am so happy to have finally found this app! Besides the awesome app, their support is really on point! 1) I changed the names of the shipping methods from the different locations (essential for settings in app) 2) shipping method is available for pick up which name is (shipping from location A) And shipping method is available for pick up which name is (shipping from location B) Then Apply discount to all shipping methods except these is (shipping from location A) percentage is 100% If you have more then 2 locations, you probably need to have multiple discounts created. Fantastic app, full of customization for cart variables.

Shopify discounts do not give us the complex rules we require to run a free delivery promo due to the numbers of different shipping methods we use, based on product and price and excluding certain shipping methods from the promo. This app does this, it's so fast to activate onto site and is so easy to set up. I predict we'll use this app regularly and am very grateful to come across it!

Exceptional support! I ran into an issue and needed an new feature added. The team was very responsive and added the new feature for me. I would highly recommend the app and the Octolize team!

Great customer service! The app is super easy to use and when I ran into a small issue, the customer service rep got back to me and solved it within the same business day!

Fulfilled all my requirements. love it.

Incredibly happy with this app! It discounts shipping fees which is exactly what I wanted. User friendly!

I have been searching for a shipping discount that worked with a specific amount purchased from a particular collection for months, without being excessively expensive. Finally, Octolize provided the option I needed!

Simple and helpful

it does everything its supposed to do + support was quick to assist. i asked them about a feature to match the rates of other currencies and they were able to do it.

Very responsive and clear.

Love it, really easy to use!

Great App - Even better customer service!

Good app

Super simple and easy to use, works great for me.

We’ve been using the Shipping Discounts app, and it’s been a game-changer for our store! Shopify didn’t have the option to create shipping discounts, but this app filled that gap perfectly. The app works seamlessly, and the support team is outstanding. They were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to help us implement the features we needed. We’re grateful for their exceptional assistance and highly recommend this app to anyone looking for flexible shipping discount solutions.

Great customer service and a really good easy to use app - highly recommend

Nice

This App is a must have for organizing discounts and can be a massive help for smaller shops aswell. With the amount of variables you can set for your store, it is also usable for organizing shipping with different shipping-profiles! The Support/Dev-Team is very fast in responding and working out a solution, if there is a feature, that you need and that is within the app's capacity!
