Emma was fantastic and gave me great advice every step of the way. She even sent me a video so that I could easily resolve my issue.

We found Postscript after hearing how effective sms marketing can be from our agency and wanted to try it. Postscript had a few features other shopify apps didn't so we reached out. Their team was super responsive and helped us set up some test sms campaigns and automations. We were nervous about customer reception, but it worked really well and unsubscribes were low. Fully endorse their product and team.
