I was having serious trouble creating bundles. After installing Pumber Bundles, I spent a lot of time trying but still couldn’t get it to work, so I decided to contact support. They responded immediately and resolved my issue within minutes. Gourav is an amazing support specialist. Thank you!
At last, someone who truly values the customer reached out to me and resolved my issue. For months, I had been unable to access my account, and all the support requests I submitted remained unresolved. Not only was I unable to receive the service I paid for, but I also could not get a refund. When I submitted what I stated would be my final request, Dorina responded. Despite it being outside of working hours, she listened to me patiently and resolved all of my issues during our conversation. If you ever experience a problem with this application and manage to reach Dorina, I am now confident that she will do everything in her power to solve it. Because, unfortunately, everyone else responds with delayed emails after days of waiting, and the issues remain unresolved. A problem I had been struggling with for 6 months was finally solved by this customer support manager. Thank you, Dorina, for your effort, dedication, and genuine care. As of now, I no longer have any issues with AutoDS. I sincerely hope that every customer relations manager in this company becomes as attentive and solution-oriented as Dorina. I’m sorry, but from this point forward, I would prefer to communicate only with Dorina.

Dsers ile bugün tanıştım ve aklımda cevapsız bir çok soru vardı. Lacey tüm bu sorularımı büyük bir sabır ile cevapladı ve aynı soruyu tekrar tekrar sormama rağmen eşsiz bir sabır gösterdi. Dsers'i bugün itibariyle kullanmaya başlayacağım henüz uygulama hakkında bir yorum yapamam ama Müşteri hizmetleri ve ve özellikle Lacey muhteşem bir performans gösterdi. Sadece bu müşteri hizmetleri yaklaşımı için bile uygulamayı kullanmaya değer. En azından bir sorununuz olduğunda ulaşabildiğiniz canlı bir destek var. Çok ünlü bir yazılıma onca para verdim ve 2 aydır sorunumu çözemediler. DSers hemen çözdü. Teşekkürler Lacey.
