I’m really happy with the product so far, and I truly appreciate the great discounts and incentives that come with it. I still need a bit more time to fully test everything out and see the long-term results before giving a final assessment, but the initial experience has been great. So far, this app has been great. I just started using the AI app on Shopify and found out I had major issues with my store attracting customers from mobile phone traffic. I also learned at some point that mobile phone traffic just stops. I also like the app because once I switch to a pay plan, I can block IP addresses that appear to be just bots and are cluttering up the replays. I will do the switch as soon as another app fixes other problems identified by sidekick.
