My experience with Zendrop has been a mix, but ultimately better than it first appeared. Much appreciation to Darlene and the support team for helping me navigate the platform and resolve my concerns. The interface is easy to use, products are simple to import, and support stepped in when I had a billing issue. I received a refund along with additional account assistance, which showed they’re willing to make things right. That said, billing cycles and app charges can be a bit confusing, especially if you’re newer to dropshipping. Keeping a close eye on subscriptions and invoices is important. Once I communicated with support, things improved quickly. If you’re thinking about using the platform, stay organized with billing and don’t hesitate to ask questions early. The tools are solid, you just need to stay proactive

Very impressed of the response time from there customers care services. The uploadtime of the products onto my my store was extremely fast. I did to a test to make sure the item would reach my custimers without any issues A+. Best app that I've come across so far. Najmus was a great help with my account and an excellent agent, Thank you for everything and care.
