Klaviyo and it's support team are great. The ai chat bot is easy enough to bypass, and gives you quick answers on easy fixes. But their knowledgeable team is where they really shine.

I just set up this app this evening and had some questions about integrating my cart to their app. Mina and their dev team jumped into action to help me and have walked me through the changes so I could test them myself to verify. Great service! Really simple to get unique offers going, and I love that there is speedy help when I need it.

We've had some technical issues but have had great customer support interactions. They're speedy on their replies and quick modifications of aesthetic changes to the site. I didn't want to change to a new review app after working with them.

We have seen an increase in sales from using Inbox to chat with customers with questions about specific products. The FAQ auto response is awesome and saves us a ton of time answering repeat questions. I really like that if we don't get back to a customer right away with their answer, our responses are sent to them via email. Great add on.
