Just launched our program and it was surprisingly easy. Our Loyalty Lion onboarding manager Jonathan McCarthy went above and beyond and provided more help and resources than we even needed. So far so good! We'll see how well it augments our profits in a few months from now but so far it's been easy, seamless with shopify, and our customers haven't had too many CS issues. Customer service was quick and on point, immediately getting things set up the way I needed it to be. Shout out to Yash for getting things done so fast and so well. Integration was easy, and the live support chat is a huge plus.
