They have very helpful and responsive customer support. I have been impressed with how quickly they respond. I have been using their app for a while now and it's easy to use.
This app is good so far, and support is responsive. It’s also easy to blacklist IPs you use so you’re not recording your own sessions.

I have had no issues with judge.me and I appreciate their fair pricing model. Their customer service responds quickly, and are very helpful. The app was very easy to integrate into my website, and it looks and functions great. I wish I would have added reviews years ago!
This app is very easy to use, and I was able to accomplish what I needed quickly with minimal effort. Customer support is also very responsive and helpful.
