Definitely recommend Better Reports as it's been essential for our reporting purposes. The different types, customizations, etc. are helpful in pin pointing exactly what we are looking for. Moreover, the scheduled reports work great for both email and google drive.
Shogun has been extremely helpful in revamping our website. Moreover, the support team has been great and has resolved any issues in a timely manner.

Switched to Okendo from Yotpo and it is one of the best decisions we ever made. Okendo's pricing, services, and communication are excellent. From preliminary discussions, implementation, and final setup, there were no issues. Moreover, we were appointed a great CSM who helped us throughout the process.
