2025 they continue to have constant bugs and problems, but we still rely on them for our shipping 2024 update: they redid their UX and stupidly removed the ability to send multi-box shipments. This was the whole reason to use SS. We will be taking our business elsewhere. They have always been full of bugs HORRENDOUS customer support and don't listen to customers. We hate using them. Will now find someone else. Anyone else would be better - try Shippo or Shipping Pirate - anyone else. +++++ Horrible. There is not tech support whatsoever except a terrible bot. This is a complicated platform.

Update 2025: THE #1 review app. Works great, good features, easy to use, helpful staff, and affordable. It leaves Yotpo in the dust. Be sure to go through all your settings very carefully and read them and customize as there are lots of good options. I did not realize we could send the review requests from our domain if we customize DKIM for instance. Or the impact of doing single product request was that they'd get multiple emails. Update 2023: Yep still wonderful. Never had to maintain or change anything since installed it.... 5 years ago?? +++ 2022: Judge.me was so easy to install, the people are so sweet and helpful that I almost want to cry with joy! We had such a tough frustrating time with Yotpo, and I just almost can't believe my eyes that these features turned on literally with the flick of a switch. HUGE enhancement for the store, and finally people can see all of the love we have been getting. The team is incredibly available, helpful, and positive.

Hey, this is WAY better than Mailchimp. These people will talk to you and it is SOOOOOO MUUUUUCH MORE INTUITIVE! Also not as stuck up as Klavyo. Long live Omnisend! Just started adapting the whole thing but already easier.

Absurdly easy I had been dreading dealing with this, but instead this free app was incredibly easy. Just install it, select the colors that go with your site, and customize with whatever compliant message you want, and put link to your Privacy Policy. Done.
