I only marked 4 stars, because no one is perfect. That being said, they are as close to it as I have found so far. Had another customization app that was just not working, tried Optis, and everything worked as described and much more intuitive than the last, and where I found issues (usually because I did something wrong) their customer service helped me immediately. Even going so far as to correct the visual aesthetic the way I wanted. So far they are the best I have found and would recommend to anyone looking for option customization for their Shopify Pages. This app is very intuitive and has so many choices, it is impossible for me to find a fault. There was an instance where I was trying to figure out how to add a conditional selection, they walked me through it step by step. Their customer service and tech support were amazing.
