Just started using this app one week ago. Great app with an incredibly responsive team. Regimantas and Markas took our analytics feedback seriously and actually implemented the features we requested within days, which is rare to see.
Spent a week researching subscription apps and while there were many choices available, Kaching stood out to us the most. its robust, customizable, no revenue share pricing model and most importantly, works with our bundling app seamlessly which is also by Kaching. After installing the app and going through the setup to make sure it fits our needs, the level of support offered by Dovydas confirmed we made the right choice. Im looking forward to growing the subscrption part of our business with the confidence knowing Kaching's support team has our back. Again shout out to Dovydas for going above and beyond.
Recently tried integrating Etsy using Marketplace Connect and orders would not sync. We would receive orders on Etsy, and they would not show up on our Shopify store or even in the MC app. After many messages with their support team, they said that the reason is due to API rate limits on our account set by Etsy and in 24hrs they will reset and orders will flow. This is incorrect information, and this was confirmed by Etsy who gave the following response: "I see that your shop is based in the U.S. For your reference, for sellers shipping from the United States, as of October 21, 2024, Shippo and ShipStation are the only third-party shipping apps which, when integrated into your Etsy account, will automatically import and export all shipping-related data between your shop and the shipping partner. Please know that this restriction has nothing to do with rate limits. If an application/integration needs an increase to their rate limits, developers of the app are the ones who need to reach out to us and not their users." This app does not work with Etsy at all and they should not be advertising it as a solution.

Thanks for your feedback, We informed you on July 28th about the Etsy policy changes, and subsequently, we further investigated the rate limits. A notification will have appeared to anyone connecting to Etsy after October 2024. I understand how this may have been confusing, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. Nikki
One of the best support teams out there. I tried many apps to accomplish what I wanted to show in the cart drawer and only the Opus app was able to get it done. Its working wonderfully, increasing AOV and doing it automatically. Again, their support team is fantastic. Shout out to Lulla!
