Hearing things like that from customers brings a huge smile to my face, I'm glad it saved you some work!
So far so good. I just downloaded the app and reached out on the weekend on their chat and was surprised to have been assisted immediately. Great service! I also like that this is a free app and they allow you to remove their branding.
