This app is fantastic. I've been using it for Pre-Order. The team was really helpful in helping integrate it into my theme. They were fast and incredibly responsive. I also love the pay as you go option. It's easily customizable and the support is great. Highly recommend and am super happy with it so far.

I haven't had many issues with this app, which is wonderful. When I have though, the help has been really prompt. Making sure the integration to my website is seamless and the aesthetic is the same as my theme. I've been super happy with the support, which I find is rare now days. Wow, I had the old Product Review app, that Shopify has discontinued. Upon finding Judge.me, I was not only guided by their tutorial, I had personal help from Han through a chat. She went through everything, shared how to do things, picked up on things that weren't quite right and honestly had me sorted. It's been a pleasure so far and I'm only 1hr in. I'm really excited. Support is great and it looks excellent. Can't be happier at this point.

I've shifted from custom orders to only having made stock on my website. I wanted to have an easy way for customers to let me know exactly what they want without paying through the roof. The integration was SO easy and very customizable. I opted for the free to test it out. It's late and the customer service team had the button on my page integrated in minutes. I haven't used it for long, but I'm really happy so far.
