Loop definitely helped us level-up our Returns Process across our two brands and six stores. Having a streamlined process that is largely automated has saved us so much time and resources. Onboarding and ongoing support has been incredibly handy. Glad we jumped on board.

Loyalty Lion managed our Transition from another Loyalty Program efficiently and successfully. Luana - our Customer Success Manager - was, and continues to be, very attentive while we learn and manage the new system. That said, the software itself is very intuitive and easy to operate, from both a merchant and customer experience. We're looking forward to growing into the program and utilising all of it's amazing features and benefits. We have received excellent support and ongoing guidance from Christian and look forward to continue growing and expanding our Loyalty Program.

Okendo were incredibly helpful from start to finish. They took the time to understand our brand, product and customer, and were proactive in helping develop a solution and strategy to integrate Reviews into our existing stores. They've been very attentive and available surrounding the launch of our Reviews and we look forward to working with them on growing the positive impact of their service, both in our current business and in a new business launching really soon.
