Crafted Decor

A great way to touch base with customers who have a question before checkout, while they are still in the process. Sometimes the questions are things that they could have just figured out on their own by looking first (ie is it in stock? where are you located? do you have xxx?), but if they need their hand held, this is a good app.

This is a great app! I love having my online store and POS inventory integrated in one place. Just wish I could edit unpaid orders from the POS rather than having to create a new order each time (ie. my employees run balances). ALSO is there curb-side pickup option from the POS?
