We are more than happy to assist, just reach out to us. Usually this should work flawlessly unless the coding of your store is slightly different to others. Please email us at apps@modmedia.com.au with your store address and we will fix anything up for you as quickly and efficiently as possible. It looks like it has been removed though?
This is the first time I feel the emergency to rate an app because it is simply great, it changed the game for my team regarding the edition of invoices and delivery sheets, the customization was great and the customer service was truly helpful and very fast, special thanks to Chuck who helped me ass all the features I needed until I got familiar with the app!
asking to rate before I could use it. too many pop ups it's very disturbing and agressive. which is a pity cuz the app seems good, give the time to your users to test it before asking for a rate
